CASINO' DI VENEZIA S.P.A. RUBY CARD REGULATIONS

1) RUBY Card

1.1 The Casinó Municipale di Venezia S.p.a. company has introduced a loyalty program for the customers who use its Casinos, called the RUBY Card (hereafter referred to as the "Program").

Customers who enrol in the Program have the right to a card (the "Card"), which gives the holders certain special advantages.

1.2 These Regulations govern the way in which customers can enrol in and use this Program.

1.3 To take part in the Program customers must abide by all the terms and conditions outlined below.


2) RUBY Card registration and issue procedures

2.1. The Card is issued to testify to the customer's participation in the Program.

2.2 The Card is valid for 3 years. It is the exclusive property of the Casinó Municipale di Venezia S.p.a., and is strictly personal and may not be ceded to others.

2.3 Enrolment in the Program is free.

2.4 Customers should enrol in the Program by filling in the registration form that is available at any of the Casinó Municipale di Venezia S.p.a.'s casinos.

On submitting their request, the name and a digital photo of the customer shall be stored in the Casinò Municipale di Venezia S.p.a. Customer Archive.

2.5. Respecting all current Gaming regulations, a copy of which are displayed at the entrance to the casinos, is an implicit condition when requesting the Card to be used for gaming. In any case, the company reserves the right to issue the Card only at its own indisputable judgement and may at any time refuse to issue the Card or inhibit its use, by disabling it, if a decision is made to prevent the holder from entering the Casino. The Card becomes active immediately at the moment of issue, barring the situations outlined in section 6).

The Card shall be entrusted to the holder only and only on the Casino premises.

2.6 When the Card is entrusted to the holder, its customer code is activated immediately.

2.7 To safeguard holders' privacy the Card is completely anonymous and carries only an indication of the "Card code".

2.8 The same person may not register for more than one card.

2.9 Every customer who registers for the Card must guarantee and is responsible for the accuracy of all the information submitted on the registration form. Any variations to this data must be communicated via registered letter to the following address: Casinó Municipale di Venezia S.p.a., Cannaregio 2040, 30121 Venezia.


3) Right to withdraw

3.1 Members may withdraw from the Program at any time by sending a written communication including their Card to the Casinó Municipale di Venezia S.p.a., in a registered letter addressed to: Casinó Municipale di Venezia S.p.a., Cannaregio 2040, 30121 Venezia, or handed in personally at one of the company's casinos.


4) Annulling or terminating the Program

4.1 The Casinò Municipale di Venezia S.p.a. reserves the indisputable right to withdraw and/or annul the card at any time by informing the Cardholder the next time they visit the casino or by sending an e-mail to the address indicated in the registration form.

4.2 Enrolment in the Program shall be terminated in any case if the Casinó Municipale di Venezia S.p.a. should decide to suspend the program. This decision shall be communicated to customers also via internet on the company website: www.casinovenezia.it.

4.3 Whatever the reason, once an enrolment has been annulled, any right to the benefits offered by the card shall become immediately null and void, barring the situations outlined in section 6 below.

5) Advantages offered to Cardholders and methods of use

5.1 The Card gives the holder the right to certain advantages in the sphere of services offered by the casinos run by the Casinó Municipale di Venezia S.p.a, and its partners.

An updated list of the benefits available to those who enrol in the Program is available on the company website: www.casinovenezia.it.

5.2 More specifically, every Cardholder has the right to:

- a free internal wardrobe service;

- discounts at the stores specified in the updated list on the company website: www.casinovenezia.it;

- free entry to the museums and theatres specified in the updated list on the company website: www.casinovenezia.it ;

- use the Card as an "electronic card" for playing on any of the special "coin free" Slot Machines, within the terms specified in section 6 below;

- take part in any of the prize competitions organised by the Casinò Municipale di Venezia S.p.a., in compliance with the relevant normatives, such as the individual competition regulations that shall be made available for consultation; an updated list of the prize competitions is available on the company website: www.casinovenezia.it;

5.4 The benefits available to those who enrol in the Program are strictly personal and limited exclusively to the Cardholder.

5.5 When requesting the benefits offered by the Card the holder must display the Card clearly.

5.6. The Cardholder is responsible for the safekeeping and responsible use of the card. If the Card is lost, stolen or damaged, the Cardholder should inform the Casinò Municipale di Venezia S.p.a. the next time they enter one of its casinos and the company will provide them with a new card.


6) Using the Card as an "electronic card" for playing on any of the "coin free" slot machines

As specified in section 5 above, the Card enables the Cardholder to play any of the "coin free" slot machines in the Casino "cashless".

When the Card is activated at the slot machine cash desks, the Customer must select an access PIN Code, that is required for using the Card as an electronic card.

6.1) Transaction procedures

Once the Card has been activated, the Customer can charge it with any amount they choose, up to the maxim limit.

Every time the Card is charged or recharged, the Casinó Municipale di Venezia S.p.a. shall give the Customer a receipt that records the transaction and the amount.

For as long as their credit lasts, the Customer may play on any of the "coin free" slot machines in the Casino, transferring the amounts they play from the Card to the slot machine. When the Customer wins, the amount gained is automatically credited to the slot machine and from there it is transferred to the Customer's Card.

The Customer's credit and the individual transactions are registered by the Casinò Municipale di Venezia S.p.a. computer system in order to guarantee a reliable and transparent service.

The contents of the receipt issued every time the Card is charged or recharged and the computer records are adequate proof, agreed to by both parties, of the credit on the Card.

6.2) Residual credit on the Card

The credit balance on the Card can be reclaimed at any time at the relative cash desks.

Credit does not have to be reclaimed on the same day the Customer has used the Card. To reclaim credit the Cardholder must display the Card, enter the card's PIN number and show, if requested, valid ID.

On reclaiming credit the Customer shall be required to sign an acquittance slip.

The credit on the Card does not produce interest.

6.3) Suspending the service

The Casinó Municipale di Venezia S.p.a may at any time, suspend the service that enables Cards to be used as electronic cards or the use of any individual Card for that purpose, even temporarily, by informing the Cardholder directly or by sending an e-mail to the address indicated in the registration form.

6.4) Withdrawal - theft - loss

If the Customer chooses to withdraw from the Ruby Program, they have the right to reclaim any residual credit on the Card.

In the event of the Card being stolen or lost, the Cardholder should inform the company as specified in section 5.6 above; following this, they shall have the right to reclaim the credit balance shown on the Card on the day the Casinò Municipale di Venezia S.p.a. is informed of its lost or theft.

6.5) The Customer's responsibilities

The Customer shall conserve their chosen PIN Code secretly and diligently as they are responsible for any damage that may derive from the improper use or conservation of the Card or PIN Code, as well as any abuse or illicit use.


7) Casinó Municipale di Venezia S.p.a. responsibilities

The Casinó Municipale di Venezia S.p.a accepts no financial liability whatsoever, for any refusal to issue a Card, or any decision to disable its use or suspend the services associated with it.

The Casinó Municipale di Venezia S.p.a. is not liable for any abuse or illicit use of the card, even by third parties.

8) Regulation amendments

8.1 The Casinó Municipale di Venezia S.p.a. reserves the right to amend these regulations, even partially and at any time.
